Join the IT Enterprise Systems team to build and manage the platforms that power our Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments. You will develop full-stack applications and integrate GenAI solutions to automate complex enterprise workflows.

What you'll do

• Architect and maintain full-stack services and APIs to support business operations.
• Build and deploy GenAI/ML pipelines to enhance enterprise data, including account enrichment and automated sales insights.
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle from initial requirements to production monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to define technical roadmaps and success metrics.
• Utilize AI coding agents to accelerate development while maintaining strict code quality and security standards.
• Provide mentorship on system design and AI-integrated development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one of the following: Java, Node.js, or Javascript.
• Experience building or supporting systems for Sales and Marketing teams, such as CRM or revenue operations tools.
• Background in cloud-based distributed systems, including REST/gRPC services and data pipelines.
• Practical experience implementing GenAI or ML features in production, including observability and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to use AI-assisted tools like Cursor or Claude Code for technical documentation and development.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce engineering, including Sales Cloud or Service Cloud integrations.
• Background in enterprise or business systems environments.

Practical notes

• This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
• Employees must be available for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months.
