Sr. Sales Strategy & Operations Manager

This position supports the North America Enterprise Sales Strategy & Operations team by driving data-informed initiatives to boost business growth. You will collaborate with sales leadership to refine operational processes, improve productivity, and execute strategic projects in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Partner with sales executives to develop annual and quarterly plans, revenue forecasts, and organizational strategies.
• Design work plans and lead complex projects to enhance revenue and operational efficiency.
• Translate business metrics and customer interaction data into actionable insights for the broader organization.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Marketing, Measurement, and Product.
• Standardize and automate workflows using AI tools to eliminate manual tasks in reporting and planning.
• Utilize AI to model scenarios, perform data analysis, and validate outputs against internal sources of truth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in strategy and operations within analytical environments such as management consulting, investment banking, tech, media, or revenue operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Proven track record of building metrics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting for senior leadership.
• Ability to commute to a Pinterest US office (New York preferred; or San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, Seattle, or Washington) for weekly collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as Claude, Gemini, or analytics copilots) to query data, build models, or QA revenue forecasts.
• Experience building automated or agentic workflows using low/no-code tools like Zapier, Move, or Airtable.

• Familiarity with SQL and querying large datasets.
