We are seeking a versatile Principal Product Designer to join our Core design team. You will drive high-impact design initiatives, focusing on the integration of AI-powered assistive tools into our consumer platform while supporting various business product projects.

• Define the product vision and strategic direction for complex design challenges, specifically regarding AI integration.
• Bridge the gap between high-level conceptual vision and technical execution.
• Lead major design initiatives and communicate team progress across the organization.
• Establish and maintain high design quality standards using our internal design system and principles.
• Mentor team members to foster professional growth and talent development.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience shipping well-crafted, high-quality user experiences using modern technology.
• Proven expertise in AI product flows, agentic systems, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Strong product strategy skills and a history of building cohesive experiences.
• Ability to communicate creative vision effectively to influence marketing, PR, and product stakeholders.
• A portfolio showcasing depth in design thinking, product strategy, and creative breadth.
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Practical notes

• This role is eligible for the PinFlex working model.
