About the role

You will lead the technical vision for the Pinterest marketplace within the Ads Delivery team. This role focuses on designing systems that optimize the ad funnel, auction mechanisms, and allocation strategies to balance long-term and short-term business goals.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional industry experience.
• Proficiency in software engineering and mathematical principles, including statistical modeling.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with large-scale online e-commerce systems.
• Background in computational advertising.
