About the role
This role will define how we measure and communicate the success of our connected TV and performance TV advertising. You will establish the measurement framework for Pinterest's tvScientific integration, working closely with sales, client services, product, and analytics teams. Your work will translate complex data into clear insights that guide client decisions and drive revenue.

What you'll do
Develop a comprehensive measurement strategy for tvScientific campaigns, encompassing incrementality, attribution, and marketing mix modeling.
Create and implement standard reporting, experimentation frameworks, and learning plans for key advertisers.
Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to analyze performance, generate insights, and present findings in compelling client-ready narratives.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable data pipelines for measurement.
Design reusable templates, including dashboards and presentations, to simplify measurement for client-facing teams.
Proactively identify measurement gaps and new opportunities, such as novel lift methodologies and vertical benchmarks.
Utilize AI-powered tools to expedite insight generation and automate reporting processes.
Act as the internal subject matter expert for tvScientific measurement, educating go-to-market teams and supporting strategic pitches.
Requirements
Possess 7 or more years of experience in marketing science, media analytics, or performance measurement within a platform, DSP, TV/CTV partner, or analytics consultancy.
Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience with incrementality testing, attribution, and performance analysis for digital and/or CTV campaigns.
Exhibit strong SQL and Excel proficiency, along with familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools.
Possess excellent communication skills to translate technical data into clear, actionable client recommendations.
Have a proven history of successful cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
Be comfortable working in early-stage, resource-constrained environments and prioritizing tasks independently.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Business or Marketing, or possess equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
Experience with performance CTV platforms is advantageous.
Familiarity with retail/e-commerce or other direct-response heavy industries is beneficial.
Knowledge of privacy considerations, data access groups, and governance for partner measurement integrations is a plus.

This role requires in-office collaboration 1-2 times per year and can be based anywhere in the US.
The base salary range for this position is $145,747 to $300,067 USD.
This position is eligible for equity.
This role is not eligible for relocation assistance.
