About the role
This position serves as a primary analytical partner for CRM and lifecycle initiatives, focusing on retention strategy through cohort analysis and experimentation. You will collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Product Marketing teams to measure program impact and identify growth opportunities.

What you'll do
- Partner with Product and PMM teams to identify retention and re-engagement opportunities using cohort-based insights.
- Define success metrics and build measurement frameworks for lifecycle programs.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to understand user behavior and engagement drivers.
- Develop scalable dashboards and reporting cadences to support data-driven decision-making.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives for both technical and leadership stakeholders.
- Use AI tools to improve analytical efficiency and workflow speed while validating all outputs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics within a fast-paced, data-driven environment, preferably in consumer tech.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Expertise in lifecycle marketing, CRM analytics, and user behavior measurement.
- Proven ability to design and interpret A/B tests and growth experiments.
- High proficiency in SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for analytical tasks while maintaining sound judgment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
