Industry Manager II, Beauty & Luxury

You will define and execute the sales strategy for the Beauty and Luxury vertical, driving revenue growth and market expansion. This position involves leading a high-performing team while collaborating with internal stakeholders to scale media investment and influence executive-level partnerships.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet partner marketing objectives and increase media investment.
• Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives at agencies and client organizations.
• Manage, train, and motivate a sales team while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Track and communicate quantitative business metrics and performance trends to senior leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales operations teams.
• Utilize AI tools to improve meeting preparation, performance analysis, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in media, digital, or advertising sales.
• 3+ years of management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Established network and deep understanding of the Canadian Beauty advertising market.
• Experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), Sales Lift studies, and omni-channel incrementality.
• Knowledge of brand and performance advertising, including Search, Shopping, Display, Social, Retail Media Networks, and Connected TV (CTV).
• Ability to influence measurement frameworks and align stakeholders on unified data strategies.
• Bachelor degree in Sales Management, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in performance data, measurement landscapes, and strategic planning.
• Ability to synthesize customer feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI-led workflows to drive scale and efficiency.
