About the role

Pika is developing future creative tools using real-time, multimodal generation and intelligent agent platforms. We are seeking Research Interns with experience in video generation to contribute to our team. This role focuses on enhancing Videogen models and supporting advanced generative systems.

What you'll do

• Directly contribute to the mid-training, post-training, and optimization of Videogen models.
• Create and improve algorithms for high-volume video and multimedia data processing.
• Work with senior researchers and engineers on advanced AI and video generation technology.
• Implement new research and production methods to integrate Videogen improvements into practical uses.

Requirements

• Academic background at the BS, MS, or PhD level.
• Strong preference for demonstrated experience with Videogen.
• Expertise in video generation models or frameworks.
• Skilled in Python and machine learning toolkits.
• Ability to quickly learn new research and technologies.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with multimodal large language model inference, generative models, or related fields.
