Product Solution Engineer

About the role

PhonePe is looking for a technical professional to manage merchant integrations and resolve complex technical challenges. You will act as the primary bridge between our internal product teams and our merchant partners to ensure smooth service deployment.

What you'll do

• Guide merchants through the integration process by collaborating with internal product and engineering departments.
• Lead technical discussions with merchant business and development teams to define requirements and recommend solutions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve integration issues reported by merchants.
• Conduct root cause analysis by asking targeted questions to identify technical bottlenecks.
• Develop automated processes to improve integration efficiency and address recurring merchant needs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Practical experience working within Windows, Linux, or Mac OS environments.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as PHP, Java, or ASP.Net.
• Understanding of mobile platforms including Android and iOS.
• Ability to provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance and use remote desktop tools.
• Strong grasp of IT concepts and terminology.
