Content Creator - Trader Channel

About the role

share.market, PhonePe's trading and investing platform, needs a content creator who can serve as the on-screen voice for financial education around capital markets. You will host video content, write scripts grounded in market research, and build AI-driven workflows to scale production. This is a video-first marketing position where you simplify trading and broking concepts to build audience trust and drive growth.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Appear on camera for 50-60% of your time, hosting trading education videos, product walkthroughs, and short and long-form content across channels
• Build repeatable video series that can scale and contribute to subscriber and engagement growth
• Spend 25-30% of your time researching capital markets, broking, and fintech trends, then writing high-retention scripts with strong hooks
• Adapt narratives for different platforms (YouTube versus Instagram) while coordinating with product and compliance teams for accuracy
• Dedicate 15-20% of your time to AI-powered content systems, including building prompt libraries, repurposing long-form into short-form, and testing thumbnails and titles
• Create automated workflows using tools like N8N, Zapier, or Make to remove bottlenecks
• Train internal teams on AI workflows to increase content velocity
• Track video performance metrics and iterate based on analytics

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in content creation or marketing
• Strong on-camera portfolio demonstrating confident, natural delivery
• Solid understanding of stockbroking, capital markets, money psychology, and regulatory compliance in the broking space
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in content workflows
• Ability to combine creative instincts with data-driven thinking
• Understanding of pacing, pauses, and hooks for video delivery
• Strong audience instinct, including knowledge of what stops scrolling, why certain hooks work, and platform-specific nuances

Nice to have

• Background in broking, fintech, or consumer tech
• Personal content creation outside of brand work
• Genuine interest in wealth creation and financial content
• Self-taught on AI tools with existing workflows built
• Familiarity with CRM or lifecycle tools such as CleverTap or MoEngage
