Associate Manager, Lending Operations

Join the Lending Operations team to build and refine operational frameworks from the ground up. You will manage the full loan lifecycle while focusing on automation, regulatory compliance, and cross-departmental collaboration to improve user outcomes.

What you'll do

• Design and manage processes for the entire loan lifecycle, covering origination, disbursement, repayment, and collections.
• Find and implement system improvements to boost collection and repayment efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams to refine user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Translate regulatory requirements into operational controls and establish reconciliation processes.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for customer support interactions.
• Oversee business reporting and lead initiatives to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in an operations role.
• B.Tech degree from a Tier-1 institution or an MBA from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institution.
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale business processes.
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Previous work experience within the lending sector.
• Experience influencing leadership and coordinating projects across different functional teams.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with strong communication skills.
