About the role

Phantom is a financial application serving over 20 million users with tools for managing and growing digital assets. We are looking for a senior technical leader to drive development across our web, browser extension, and mobile platforms.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of feature development for the Phantom mobile app and browser extension.
• Direct technical initiatives to integrate additional blockchains and release new infrastructure or product lines.
• Develop internal engineering systems to improve productivity and workflow efficiency for the broader team.
• Partner with cross-functional groups to maintain a productive culture and improve our technical hiring standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in this role or a similar software engineering position.
• 3 years of professional experience with Typescript, React, React Native, Node.js, Python, or Java.
• 3 years of experience creating testing infrastructure and writing tests for system validation.
• 2 years of experience leading projects through the full lifecycle from design to deployment.
• 2 years of experience maintaining and monitoring systems at scale.
• 2 years of experience producing technical software design documentation.
