About the role
Perk is seeking its first North American demand generation specialist to drive regional pipeline and business expansion. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies, working closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve ambitious goals. You will be a strategic operator, thinking big picture while also executing hands-on in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do
- Create and implement the North America field marketing strategy, aligning with global marketing and sales objectives.
- Develop and deliver local marketing plans focusing on regional brand awareness, demand generation, and customer advocacy.
- Forecast and track pipeline performance against quarterly and annual targets, identifying and resolving data issues.
- Collaborate with regional SDR teams to ensure high-quality pipeline generation.
- Manage and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, events, and ABM initiatives.
- Plan and execute high-impact industry events, conferences, and customer experiences with a small team.
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing and North American leadership, ensuring alignment for revenue targets.
- Partner with the SDR organization to optimize handoffs and pipeline performance.
- Lead a small team, identifying growth opportunities and overseeing execution.
- Serve as the main marketing voice in the region, focusing on field marketing and pipeline generation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and leadership, with a focus on field marketing and demand generation.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing field marketing strategies in North America.
- Extensive background in demand generation, pipeline creation, and campaign execution in competitive markets.
- Experience building, leading, and developing teams, including direct and dotted line reports.
- Experience managing and forecasting budgets, and collaborating with finance and data teams to measure ROI.
- Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans.
- Willingness to be hands-on with execution.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, events, ABM).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
