You will help shape how businesses use our platform and contribute to team-wide improvements.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value SMB customers, fostering connections with executives and key decision-makers.
- Understand client business goals to maximize their use of the Perk platform and identify expansion opportunities.
- Present data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with actionable insights, developing reporting templates for the team.
- Serve as a product expert, ensuring clients adopt new features that boost their return on investment.
- Pinpoint common customer issues and create scalable solutions to enhance the overall experience.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support to facilitate smooth rollouts and advocate for client needs.
- Balance client management with internal projects to improve team efficiency and impact.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS, with a history of meeting retention and expansion goals.
- Strong presentation abilities and skill in translating complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel or other BI tools, using data to demonstrate value.
- Adaptability to rapid growth environments, viewing uncertainty as a chance to innovate.
- Native-level English fluency.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in the office.
