What you'll do

• Develop assistants powered by large language models to enhance the workflows of domain experts.
• Create retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing both structured and unstructured internal data.
• Build internal machine learning tools for version control, monitoring, and orchestration.
• Optimize prompts, establish evaluation frameworks, and refine solutions based on user feedback.
• Contribute to platform elements that support scalable experimentation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in backend or systems engineering.
• Familiarity with applied AI technologies, including LLMs, natural language processing, and RAG.
• Strong programming skills in Python; knowledge of distributed systems is advantageous.
• Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and prompt optimization.
• Capability to work efficiently and take ownership of projects from conception to deployment.
• Preferred: Experience in developing evaluation frameworks or internal machine learning infrastructure.
