About the role
This position involves partnering with high-level executives at Fortune 500 companies to address significant go-to-market challenges. You will guide strategic sales processes from initial contact through to deal closure. Your work will include collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions focused on customer value, managing intricate buying groups, and contributing to consistent revenue expansion.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead complex sales cycles for enterprise deals, aiming for seven- to eight-figure outcomes with C-suite clients.
- Navigate intricate customer decision-making paths using CoMessage and CoBuyer frameworks.
- Facilitate sales across different departments, building agreement among Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and other executive leaders.
- Demonstrate success in value-driven sales, rigorous opportunity assessment, and consistent application of a structured sales approach.
- Develop a reliable sales pipeline through disciplined methodology, thorough qualification, and accurate revenue projections.
- Excel in collaborative selling environments, working with internal groups to finalize large enterprise agreements.
- Maintain a high level of activity and persistence, displaying strong executive presence and organized business management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within software (SaaS), management consulting (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG), or a similar technology field.
- A proven history of successful sales to Fortune 500 organizations, including navigating complex structures with numerous stakeholders across various business units.
- Strong understanding of technology, excellent communication abilities, intellectual curiosity, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional skills in building relationships, establishing trust, and acting as a valued advisor to executive buyers.
- Experience working with or selling to Sales and Marketing Operations teams is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with current Sales and Marketing technology platforms (CRM, RevOps, Marketing Automation, etc.) is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly expanding startup setting, showing adaptability, accountability, and comfort with uncertainty.
