Sr. Program Manager, Mind the Product Training
About the role
This position focuses on developing and executing customer training initiatives that enhance product management capabilities. You will collaborate with various internal and external groups to ensure successful program delivery and a positive client experience. The core responsibility is program management, not content creation.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Evaluate incoming training requests, defining program structures that align with client business objectives.
- Manage the operational aspects of training delivery, including client onboarding, scheduling, and trainer coordination.
- Oversee pre-training communications and post-training follow-up, including feedback collection and reporting.
- Identify and implement improvements to program processes, tools, and workflows to support scalability.
- Contribute to the development and support of the trainer network by identifying needs and facilitating onboarding.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to training effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in operations, program management, professional services, enablement, or consulting operations within a customer-facing SaaS setting.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and strong organizational skills.
- Skill in translating client requirements into actionable plans that balance desired outcomes with practical delivery constraints.
- Comfort with ambiguity, identifying process gaps, and building new systems for improved execution and scale.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination across diverse groups.
- Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and external partners.
Nice to have
- Background in product management, product operations, community management, or advisory services.
- Familiarity with product management principles and the Mind the Product community.
- Experience in developing and managing communities, networks, or learning programs.
- Prior use of AI-driven workflows and operational automation tools.
