Senior Product Manager

About the role

This role leads the strategy and execution for a core analytics product area within our AI-powered adoption platform. You will manage the full product lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Raleigh, New York, and India to deliver outcomes for enterprise customers.

What you'll do

• Define the product roadmap and manage priorities, making data-driven tradeoffs to align with long-term enterprise needs.
• Design AI-driven features, determining how model outputs appear, how confidence levels are shared, and where human oversight is required.
• Conduct continuous discovery with enterprise users and synthesize feedback into actionable decisions for global engineering teams.
• Lead product development from initial concept through general availability and subsequent iterations.
• Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to draft specifications, generate wireframes, and conduct competitive research.
• Act as the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Produce documentation and specifications that allow engineering teams to function independently across time zones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience with end-to-end ownership of product areas.
• Proven ability to ship AI-powered features and manage the technical and UX challenges of model integration.
• Experience building for enterprise-level customers, including managing security, compliance, and data privacy needs.
• Proficiency with AI prototyping or code generation tools like Cursor, v0, Replit, or GitHub Copilot.
• Demonstrated success in scoping, sequencing, and launching features without requiring team consensus.
• History of maintaining direct, ongoing relationships with enterprise customers to inform product direction.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams using async-first communication methods.

Nice to have

• Prior work with analytics platforms, data visualization, or data-heavy B2B products.
• Previous experience using Pendo as a user or customer.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams based in India.
