Sr. Product Manager

You will collaborate across departments to deliver solutions for enterprise clients, addressing their intricate needs.

What you'll do

• Develop product strategy and roadmaps, using data and customer insights to guide prioritization.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through launch and ongoing improvements.
• Conduct continuous discovery with enterprise customers to understand their complex workflows and requirements.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to define scope, sequence work, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Act as a subject matter expert for sales, customer success, and marketing, translating product features into business value.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate product discovery, ideation, and specification processes.
• Maintain high standards for product documentation and design.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in product management, with a history of owning product areas from start to finish in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Proven experience developing products for enterprise clients, including managing complex procurement, security, compliance, or data privacy needs.
• Experience guiding a product or significant feature through its entire lifecycle, including planning, launch, and iteration.
• Ability to work independently on defined problems, define your own approach, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Sufficient technical understanding to engage in meaningful discussions with engineers and assess implementation trade-offs.
• A track record of fostering cross-functional agreement by resolving disagreements and clarifying decisions.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools, with specific examples of how they have enhanced your daily product workflow.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of aligning stakeholders on next steps.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B enterprise platform products that have data privacy or compliance components.
• Familiarity with AI tools for prototyping or code generation, such as Cursor, v0, Replit, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools for early concept development.
• Prior experience using Pendo as a user or customer.
