Business Development Representative at Pendo.
About the role
Join our sales team to generate high-quality pipeline within French-speaking territories. You will work alongside Account Executives to identify target companies, address their business challenges, and demonstrate the value of the Pendo platform.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Prospect and generate qualified sales opportunities to meet pipeline goals.
- Research SaaS, software, and web application companies to identify key buyer personas.
- Execute multi-channel outreach including cold calling, email, and social selling.
- Align with Account Executives on territory strategy, messaging, and account prioritization.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and prospect data in Salesforce.
- Meet weekly and monthly performance targets for meetings and pipeline generation.
- Participate in coaching, role plays, and feedback sessions to improve sales skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in French, including experience pitching to C-Suite customers in French.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or customer-facing internships.
- Proficiency with CRM or sales systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
- Proven ability to research accounts and personalize outreach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience and a goal-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience prospecting into product, technology, or revenue teams.
- Knowledge of product analytics, digital adoption, or product management.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesloft or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
