Program Manager, Sales Operations and Training

About the role

Peloton is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage sales operations and training for our Australian market. You will report to the Consumer Sales Manager and work across internal departments and external partners to drive growth and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Manage daily sales operations including partner onboarding, activation support, vendor compliance, and asset deployment.
• Oversee retail activations by planning and directing sales components to meet business goals.
• Create and document standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and reduce process friction.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and report performance to international leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Lead cross-functional projects, assess risks, and maintain communication with internal stakeholders.
• Provide training for third-party partner sales teams to ensure brand standards are met at the store level.
• Coordinate with operations and auditing teams to ensure field inventory is functional and compliant.
• Partner with supply chain leadership to manage logistics, purchase orders, and shipping timelines.

Requirements

• Proven operational experience within a B2C or B2B sales environment, ideally supporting global teams.
• Bachelor degree.
• Ability to manage budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.
• Capacity to travel as required by the business.
• Understanding of the Peloton brand and vision.
