Senior Manager, Financial Systems & Reporting Transformation at Peloton.
About the role
This role leads the redesign of financial master data structures to improve profitability insights and standardize reporting. You will manage the transition from legacy systems to a new model while ensuring alignment with parent company consolidation requirements.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Redesign master data including chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, product hierarchies, and reporting dimensions.
- Create a target-state data model for consolidation with the parent company.
- Execute migration plans including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
- Implement master data governance, including ownership, approval workflows, and audit trails.
- Coordinate with IT and SAP functional teams to configure and test changes in SAP ECC.
- Optimize month-end close, consolidations, and allocation processes.
- Improve transaction cycles such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
- Serve as the primary contact for financial data alignment with the parent company.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, or reporting within a public company or external audit.
- Proven experience with SAP ECC, specifically the FI/CO module and master data structures.
- Background in financial master data redesign or ERP finance transformation.
- Experience with parent company consolidations, including intercompany and elimination entries.
- Understanding of SOX implications regarding system and data changes.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical data models to business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- CPA certification.
- Experience with AI/LLM-enabled finance tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- Data analytics proficiency with large datasets.

Practical notes
- Base salary range: $168,750 to $207,300 USD.
- Total rewards include annual equity awards, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and 18 weeks of paid parental leave.
