About the role
You will define and execute the software strategy for Peloton commercial equipment used in gyms, hotels, universities, and residential fitness centers. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle to improve operator tools, increase NPS, and reduce support costs while balancing the needs of both facility managers and exercisers.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute a product strategy that tracks operator NPS, 0-90 day issue rates, and customer support expenses.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Hardware, Design, Analytics, Research, and Service teams to build cohesive user experiences.
- Lead organizational alignment by communicating strategic decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Perform competitive analysis, user research, and data deep dives to identify new opportunities and define success metrics.
- Manage the product lifecycle from initial concept to launch, including building and testing prototypes.
- Utilize AI tools to improve internal efficiency and accelerate experimental prototyping.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product management.
- 2+ years of experience building B2B or commercial software products.
- Ability to work autonomously on complex, ambiguous problems.
- Experience with hands-on prototyping and direct customer engagement to test ideas.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to ground product roadmaps in data.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and work collaboratively across departments.

Practical notes
Salary: $215,029 to $265,202 USD. Compensation includes base salary, annual equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, student loan paydown, fertility and adoption support, 18 weeks of paid parental leave, and various family care discounts.
