About the role

This position serves as a primary sales leader and floor supervisor within our retail environment. You will drive revenue through individual performance while guiding team members to meet sales goals in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Achieve and surpass personal monthly sales quotas and commission accelerators.
• Manage customer interactions from initial contact to closing, addressing objections and explaining the Peloton product line.
• Oversee CRM data, including auditing leads to improve team conversion metrics.
• Provide real-time coaching and floor leadership to support store culture when the manager is away.
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations to build buyer confidence.
• Handle daily store tasks such as inventory tracking, visual merchandising, and event preparation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a commission-based or premium retail setting.
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to mentor peers and lead by example without holding formal management authority.
• Experience managing a book of business and performing CRM lead audits.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, and lift or move items weighing at least 35 lbs.
• Capacity to physically demonstrate all Peloton equipment to customers.
