About the role

This position serves as a senior sales leader and floor manager for our retail location. You will drive revenue, mentor team members, and manage daily store operations while reporting directly to the Store Manager.

What you'll do

• Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales goals and commission targets.
• Engage store visitors to explain the product lineup and close sales.
• Audit CRM data to improve team conversion rates and manage leads.
• Act as the floor lead to provide guidance to staff and oversee operations when the manager is away.
• Conduct product demonstrations to build customer trust.
• Handle inventory, visual merchandising, and event preparation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a commission-based setting.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and leading a sales floor.
• Ability to manage a book of business and perform CRM audits.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk the floor, and lift at least 35 lbs.
• Ability to demonstrate fitness equipment during customer trials.
