Sr. Hardware Product Manager

About the role

Peloton is looking for a strategic product leader to manage the lifecycle and roadmap of our existing hardware portfolio. You will bridge the gap between engineering, design, and content teams to deliver high-quality connected fitness experiences.

What you'll do

• Establish the long-term vision and product roadmap for current hardware offerings.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate with industrial design, hardware and software engineering, operations, content, and marketing departments to resolve feature tradeoffs.
• Utilize knowledge of system architecture to ensure product quality and user experience.
• Perform competitive analysis, market research, and user studies to validate product direction.
• Track performance metrics to evaluate success and identify future improvements.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience as a hardware product manager, specifically in fitness equipment or consumer hardware.
• Deep technical knowledge of end-to-end system architecture to communicate effectively with electrical, mechanical, and software engineering teams.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing process, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders across the organization.

• Understanding of the connected fitness industry and a personal interest in fitness.
