About the role
The Global LXD Studio is looking for a creative designer to build scalable learning assets for our management programs, onboarding, and skills-based initiatives. You will translate complex business needs into measurable, high-quality educational experiences that support the professional growth of our team members.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead the full instructional design lifecycle for eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, microlearning, and blended programs.
- Develop multimedia content and visual assets, including slide decks, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides.
- Partner with subject matter experts and People Business Partners to align content with learning objectives.
- Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to speed up development and improve learner outcomes.
- Coordinate with the Learning Technology and Operations Specialist to test and deploy content within the LMS.
- Analyze learner feedback and program data to refine and iterate on existing materials.
- Support the broader Global Talent team by creating content that spans the entire employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design, preferably in high-growth corporate settings.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
- Working knowledge of adult learning theory and methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or Agile.
- Experience designing training for leadership, management, and all-staff programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and content maintenance.
Nice to have
- Experience with Vyond.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, or Premiere).
- Experience with Seismic.
