Sr. Executive Assistant

Peloton is seeking a high-level assistant to act as a strategic partner for our leadership team at our New York headquarters. This position requires a proactive communicator who can manage complex logistics while serving as a cultural representative for our global brand.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage intricate domestic and international travel arrangements alongside detailed calendar scheduling.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize executive time to ensure focus on primary business objectives.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, team events, town halls, and offsite gatherings.
• Facilitate communication between departments to maintain organizational alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador by engaging with internal staff and global partners to identify and solve efficiency gaps.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing support to senior-level executives in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with a self-starting mindset.
• Advanced skills in Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented approach to office operations.
