About the role
This position serves as a primary link between the Global Operations and Technology division and the Enterprise Data team. You will act as the lead data authority for Supply Chain and Global Member Support, balancing hands-on analytical work with strategic partnership.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Define and maintain metric architectures, including North Star metrics, operational guardrails, and leading or lagging indicators.
- Manage weekly workstreams to report trends, identify strategic opportunities, and perform root-cause analysis on operational anomalies.
- Translate complex data into business narratives and actionable recommendations for Directors and VPs.
- Collaborate on measurement strategies for pilot projects and new company initiatives.
- Convert ambiguous business goals into testable hypotheses and analytical frameworks.
- Partner with technical teams to design and interpret operational experiments.
- Document the data ecosystem and ensure alignment with technology roadmaps.
- Create training materials to improve data adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics within complex organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and enterprise BI tools like Looker.
- Fluency in Python and/or R for data analysis.
- Expert-level skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Practical experience with A/B testing and quasi-experimental design, such as difference-in-differences.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and balancing high-level architecture with daily triage.
- No use of AI tools permitted during the application or interview process.

- Experience with dbt and modern analytics engineering principles.
- Background in supply chain data and concepts.
- Experience automating routine tasks using AI.
- Prior work experience in a start-up environment.
