About the role
Peloton is seeking a professional to oversee procurement processes and spending for assigned categories within our Global Procurement team. You will build partnerships with internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier portfolios, and execute contract negotiations. This position focuses on driving cost reductions, identifying operational efficiencies, and ensuring all procurement activities meet business requirements.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for logistics, distribution, and other indirect categories.
- Manage the full RFP lifecycle, including requirements definition, bid evaluation, and contract finalization.
- Optimize total cost of ownership through strategic sourcing and supplier volume aggregation.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with SOX controls and internal fiduciary policies.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with top logistics providers.
- Partner with trade compliance teams to ensure adherence to international trade laws.
- Report on cost savings initiatives to leadership.
- Implement process improvements and training initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in indirect procurement, specifically within logistics, transportation, or technology categories.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and meeting cost-saving targets.
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to various audiences.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $168,750 - $207,300 USD base salary.
