About the role

Peloton is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our corporate treasury team in a hybrid capacity. This position balances daily operational tasks like cash positioning and payments with strategic projects involving capital markets, risk modeling, and system infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Manage the corporate investment portfolio to ensure policy compliance and yield optimization.
• Support debt capital markets by tracking facility compliance and analyzing potential future raises.
• Model and quantify exposure related to foreign exchange and interest rate fluctuations.
• Execute daily cash positioning and process wires, ACH payments, and intercompany settlements.
• Build rolling short-term cash flow forecasts while coordinating with accounting and FP&A.
• Oversee global banking relationships, including KYC, account management, and bank fee analysis.
• Lead initiatives to automate workflows and improve treasury systems, including TMS and ERP integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Engineering teams on banking infrastructure and payment routing.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate treasury.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Treasury Management Systems.
• Understanding of fixed-income markets, macroeconomic indicators, and derivative instruments.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.

• Experience using AI tools, including Claude Code.

Practical notes

• Salary range: $106,300 to $125,750 USD.
