About the role
Peloton is seeking an Associate Manager to execute paid social media campaigns and drive performance across multiple channels. You will manage daily operations, optimize ad spend, and analyze data to meet growth marketing objectives.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Perform quality assurance on ads and implement adjustments to improve performance.
- Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Build and execute testing calendars for A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies to produce high-performing ad assets.
- Maintain relationships with social media vendors to ensure efficient execution and access to new features.
- Develop and manage AI agents and agentic workstreams.
- Provide recommendations for budget allocation based on last-touch and marketing mix modeling data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media execution.
- Background in acquisition, retail, or e-commerce campaigns.
- Expertise in spreadsheet tools including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and media formulas.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, specifically Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Experience managing media pacing, flighting, and channel-specific budgets.
- Ability to design and implement conversion lift, brand lift, and testing methodologies.
- Experience presenting data and strategy to stakeholders or leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience with LinkedIn and Reddit.
- Experience creating media-specific agentic workstreams.
