Lead Specialist, Business Analytics

About the role

This position functions as a CPQ Application Specialist within the global Revenue Operations team. You will manage the roadmap and technical requirements for Configure, Price, Quote capabilities to ensure the Quote-to-Order ecosystem operates effectively.

What you'll do

• Administer Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules, product configurations, and approval workflows.
• Launch new products by setting up bundles, SKUs, and pricing structures.
• Define discount schedules and pricing guardrails to maintain policy compliance.
• Monitor system performance and user adoption to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into a prioritized product backlog of user stories and bug fixes.
• Partner with the Salesforce technology team to design scalable solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including UAT and final feature acceptance.
• Provide L1 support to troubleshoot rule conflicts and data inconsistencies.
• Ensure CPQ data integrity across integrated systems like CRM, CLM, ERP, and billing platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator or in a comparable role.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora.
• Experience managing complex product environments, including multi-region or multi-business-unit setups.
• Knowledge of subscription products, enterprise pricing models, renewals, and bundled offerings.
• Ability to manage ERP integrations and master data management.
