About the role
Paytm is seeking a senior Program Manager at the DGM or GM level to oversee the Lending EMI division. You will direct the lifecycle of complex financing products, ensuring that internal departments and external financial partners remain aligned to meet business objectives.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the full execution of strategic EMI programs from start to finish.
- Coordinate between Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing teams to hit delivery targets.
- Oversee the integration and onboarding of banking and NBFC partners.
- Build and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Handle subvention management, financial reconciliation, and program reporting.
- Align brand messaging across all merchant communications and product launches.
- Analyze program data to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform future strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 12 years of professional experience within FinTech, Banking, Payments, Consumer Finance, or NBFC sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital lending, specifically No Cost EMI and EMI at Checkout.
- Experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs.
- Understanding of subvention models and partner ecosystems.
