Product Management - Senior Product Manager

About the role

Paytm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the creation of Agentic AI solutions within our UPI infrastructure. You will design autonomous systems to improve payment flows, automate support interactions, and strengthen fraud detection for our massive user base.

What you'll do

• Develop the product roadmap and long-term strategy for AI-driven UPI features.
• Create autonomous agents capable of handling transaction advice, payment processing, and dispute management.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Design, and Risk departments to launch AI-centric products.
• Utilize workflow automation and LLMs to increase operational productivity and user interaction.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user data to refine product performance.
• Maintain strict adherence to privacy standards, responsible AI protocols, and NPCI regulations.

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of professional experience in product management, specifically within AI, payments, or FinTech.
• Practical knowledge of the banking ecosystem and UPI infrastructure.
• Direct experience building products using Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in SQL and various product analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and execute complex projects.
