Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Intern

About the role

We are seeking a creative intern to help manage our internal messaging and staff engagement programs. You will assist in developing content, organizing company events, and maintaining our internal communication channels to keep our workforce connected.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Draft and distribute internal emails, announcements, and company updates.
• Manage the documentation of HR policies and benefits on our intranet, including keeping trackers current.
• Produce instructional guides, FAQs, and awareness materials for employees.
• Edit short-form videos and reels for internal campaigns.
• Provide support for photography and filming during company events.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor relations, and execution for wellness initiatives, workshops, and celebrations.
• Support engagement activities across our various office locations in India.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Media, Marketing, HR, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or Design.
• Recent graduates or individuals with 0 to 1 year of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage several projects at once while coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
