We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Business Finance team who will play a crucial role in driving our financial strategy. This position involves assessing financial performance to uncover areas for enhancement and growth. You will work closely with various teams to gain insights into the factors affecting financial outcomes and provide analytical support to leadership for informed decision-making.

What you'll do

• Work in partnership with business units to engage in strategic planning efforts.
• Create comprehensive financial plans using a detailed, bottom-up methodology to ensure precision and alignment.
• Analyze actual financial results against projections, identify discrepancies, and communicate insights to aid in decision-making.
• Monitor and report on essential financial and business performance indicators.
• Assist in the goal-setting process for the unit and formulate a thorough annual operating plan to meet these objectives.
• Ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of month-end financial reports, including necessary reviews and adjustments.
• Contribute to enhancing financial processes, particularly in revenue cycle management, to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Evaluate the financial implications of potential new products or business initiatives and present your analyses to senior management.
• Provide timely responses to information requests and problem-solving inquiries, offering in-depth analysis and insights.
• Engage in projects aimed at standardizing and automating processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business Finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying trends and insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey financial concepts clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for effective data analysis and presentation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Nice to have

• Experience in the fintech or digital payments sector.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
