Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience combined with a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in mobile application development, particularly consumer-facing apps at scale.
- Proficient in Swift and knowledgeable about multi-threaded, asynchronous programming.
- Strong understanding of integrating GraphQL and REST APIs within mobile applications.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior software engineers.
- Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with testing best practices and at least one mobile testing framework, along with skills in writing unit and automation tests.
- In-depth knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, and object-oriented programming, particularly MVC and MVVM patterns.
Nice to have
- Experience with cross-platform mobile development tools.
- Familiarity with cloud services and backend technologies.

The salary for this position in Austin, Texas ranges from $160,500 to $238,700, with potential additional compensation through performance bonuses, equity, or other incentives.
