What you'll do
- Oversee the integrated plan for product development, market entry, regulatory approvals, and the establishment of a new digital bank.
- Implement and manage the program's governance structure, including steering committees, working groups, decision tracking, risk assessment, and regular reporting.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable milestones and drive weekly progress across a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage competing priorities and ensure disciplined decision-making within a focused, senior team.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to maintain a unified roadmap for stablecoin features, including wallet functions, issuance, custody, reserve management, and international payment solutions.
- Monitor progress against launch milestones, dependencies, and readiness for discovery, development, pilot, and general availability phases.
- Facilitate program meetings to ensure product delivery aligns with commercial goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the program plan for stablecoin market introduction, covering customer segmentation, pricing, packaging, partnership development, sales support, and launch sequencing.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, collateral, training, and commercial readiness for each launch.
- Track pipeline, pilot programs, and initial commercial performance indicators, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas requiring executive attention.
- Take ownership of the integrated plan for the digital bank's journey to charter approval and operational launch.
- Coordinate workstreams related to executive recruitment, governance and policy development, technology and operational readiness, risk and compliance program design, and external advisor management.
- Ensure commercial and product plans are realistically aligned with charter and regulatory timelines.
- Manage the operational cadence and content for board and committee engagements for the digital bank initiative.
- Prepare agendas, pre-reading materials, and follow-up actions, working with executive leadership to shape narratives and guide decisions.
- Track board commitments and ensure their timely and high-quality completion.
- Produce executive-level communications for C-suite, board, and partner audiences, clearly articulating progress, risks, and required decisions by translating technical, regulatory, and commercial complexities.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in consulting, project/program management, or operational roles within organizations building new ventures, with at least 3 years managing complex, cross-functional programs involving product, commercial, and operational aspects.
- Proven success in delivering programs that include product launches, go-to-market execution, and operational setup in dynamic environments.
- Solid understanding of program management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, with the ability to select the most appropriate method for specific tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of preparing board-level documents and concise executive updates, including experience creating materials for senior leadership and boards.
- Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with digital assets, stablecoins, or cross-border payment systems.
- Previous experience supporting board or committee operations.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
- MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience supporting the launch of a new business, product line, or regulated entity.

Practical notes
- The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $210,000 USD.
- This position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan, paid time off, and sick leave.
- The position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
