What you'll do

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and activation targets while expanding market presence.
• Prospect and develop new business channels beyond standard retail points.
• Maintain strong relationships with store owners to ensure consistent sales performance.
• Conduct field visits, train retail staff, and launch incentive campaigns.
• Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
• Manage CRM data, track key performance indicators, and submit regular management reports.
• Suggest improvements to existing sales processes.

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, consultative sales, telecommunications, or merchant acquiring.
• Strong communication skills to influence partners and lead training sessions.
• Disciplined, organized, and resilient approach to hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and analytical ability to manage sales volume.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Must have a valid driver license and own vehicle.
• Availability for frequent travel.
