What you'll do

• Reach monthly targets for sales, store activations, and delinquency control within your assigned territory.
• Expand market share and identify new business opportunities, including kiosk-based sales.
• Maintain consistent monthly sales volume with existing partners.
• Act as a strategic consultant to partners, providing personalized attention and support throughout the business relationship.
• Execute visit schedules, install advertising materials, and launch incentive campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop growth strategies.
• Prospect and onboard new commercial partners.
• Document all interactions in the database and prepare performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, software sales, mobile device sales, or field sales within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to train partner staff and build effective relationships.
• Proactive, organized, and resilient mindset focused on achieving results.
• Analytical and negotiation capabilities to manage store performance.
• Availability for travel to visit locations and possession of a personal vehicle (car or motorcycle).
