About the role

Payjoy is a Public Benefit Corporation focused on providing credit access to underserved populations in emerging markets. You will join our team to manage CRM initiatives that help our 18 million customers achieve financial stability. This position is central to our mission of using technology to expand credit access and drive sustainable growth.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and execute CRM campaigns using email, SMS, and push notification channels.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns, including audience segmentation, technical setup, deployment, and performance review.
• Track key performance indicators like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion data to provide strategic insights.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders that summarize campaign outcomes and guide future planning.
• Produce visual assets using design software while adhering to brand standards.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on creative elements, messaging, and timing to boost engagement.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing.
• Technical proficiency with a marketing automation platform such as Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to interpret data, navigate dashboards, and translate metrics into clear conclusions.
• Experience presenting campaign findings to cross-functional teams.
• Capability to create and modify design assets using tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe.
• High level of written English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects in a high-growth setting.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
