Key facts

What you'll do

• Track and analyze local regulatory changes to maintain operational compliance.
• Draft, revise, and manage legal agreements and corporate documentation.
• Provide internal teams with guidance regarding legal and compliance questions.
• Develop and oversee programs that ensure adherence to internal policies and external laws.
• Detect legal risks and create strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate compliance requirements into business workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Law.
• Minimum of 2 years of internship experience in corporate law or compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to perform internal and external audits.
• Strong analytical and legal reasoning capabilities.
• Proven ethical standards and a focus on objective performance metrics.
