What you'll do

• Create and implement the roadmap for cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to boost engineering output.
• Manage the delivery of major infrastructure projects while maintaining a balance between system reliability, security, and cloud costs.
• Set technical standards, service ownership models, and operational rhythms to improve software quality and incident management.
• Coordinate with product, security, and executive teams to align platform capabilities with company business goals.
• Build a high-performing team by recruiting, mentoring, and coaching engineering managers and senior technical staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering management.
• Track record of scaling cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
• Professional experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and modern cloud design.
• Expertise in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
• Ability to manage technical debt alongside new feature development.
• Experience leading large-scale technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Background in incident management, including post-incident analysis and systemic improvements.
