This position supports business growth by analyzing data, tracking key metrics, and delivering actionable insights. You will collaborate across commercial, product, and operations teams to help implement initiatives that improve product performance and customer experience. The role sits within a mission-driven credit provider that has served over 18 million customers through point-of-sale financing and card products in emerging markets.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Identify and propose process automations and improvements to internal workflows
• Build, maintain, and enhance commercial tracking dashboards
• Evaluate current commercial efforts to uncover areas for optimization
• Recommend commercial initiatives and strategies aligned with business goals
• Monitor KPIs and support results measurement
• Conduct analyses to answer business questions and surface improvement opportunities
• Assist in developing business cases to secure budget for new initiatives
• Track progress, performance, and commitment fulfillment across commercial efforts
• Support preparation of executive presentations for senior management

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• SQL skills
• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced English
• Clear and concise communication style
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Availability to work hybrid in Mexico City

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in fintech, consumer goods, or high-volume commercial environments
• Prior experience (including internships) in business analysis, consulting, strategy, or related areas
