Compensation and People Operations Partner at Payjoy.
About the role
PayJoy is looking for a specialist to manage our compensation structures and people data analytics. You will drive our total rewards strategy to ensure we remain competitive while maintaining internal equity across our global teams.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Gather and interpret HR metrics to guide leadership on strategic business decisions.
- Design and maintain our compensation framework, including benchmarking and benefits administration.
- Lead the bi-annual salary review cycle, including merit budgets, promotions, and pay equity audits.
- Automate compensation workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure all HR practices and compensation reporting align with local employment regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in compensation design and HR analytics.
- Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent English language skills are required for our global operations.
- Strong quantitative background with a focus on planning and auditing data.
Nice to have
- Experience with LatAm compensation markets.
- Familiarity with Willis Towers Watson or Radford benchmarking tools.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
