Payjoy is seeking a data-focused professional to support our sales operations and help expand financial access in emerging markets. You will translate complex datasets into clear recommendations that influence our commercial strategy and improve team performance.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Evaluate sales performance and create visual reports to guide team strategy.
• Research market trends and competitor activity to identify business threats and growth areas.
• Process high volumes of data to support risk-based decision-making, even when information is incomplete.
• Track the effectiveness of sales training and internal enablement programs.
• Monitor marketing metrics including traffic, leads, customer acquisition costs, and engagement to calculate ROI.
• Define and track key performance indicators, including KPI, KBI, KKI, and KSI metrics.
• Manage competing priorities to deliver timely reports on new commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis within sales or marketing departments.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to navigate changing priorities and learn new concepts quickly.

• Prior experience in the finance sector.
• Background working in a startup environment.
