About the role
Pattern is seeking a data-driven professional to manage inventory and demand planning for our European brand portfolio. You will join the Replenishment and Automation Pod to refine forecasting logic and scale merchandising processes across global ecommerce marketplaces.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end forecasting, inventory levels, and planning for European brands, with a specific focus on emerging marketplaces.
- Collaborate with finance and ecommerce teams to set budgets and maintain WSSI forecasts.
- Use statistical models and automated tools to project sales and stock, while identifying trends and risks.
- Execute trading strategies including promotional planning, returns, swaps, and end-of-life markdown management.
- Present buying strategies and sell-in/sell-out forecasts directly to external clients.
- Oversee category intake and ordering to maintain 95 percent availability on core products.
- Develop and test new reporting and technology improvements to automate manual planning tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Proven experience in a multi-category or multi-brand merchandising role.
- Background in supply chain and demand planning.
- Previous work experience within an ecommerce channel, such as D2C.
- Ability to adopt AI-driven tools for planning and reporting workflows.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on business and customer needs.
