International Strategy & Ops Manager

This position focuses on driving global growth and refining operational efficiency across our international markets. You will translate complex business data into actionable strategies while managing the full lifecycle of transformation projects.

What you'll do

• Create and execute strategic roadmaps to support our global expansion.
• Build financial models, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses to guide leadership decisions.
• Design and implement operating models to address business gaps and improve performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with company goals.
• Perform root cause analysis on operational challenges to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
• Professional experience in strategy development, financial analysis, and operating model design.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end program execution across multiple departments.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership to define strategy and drive alignment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.

Skills & tools

• Data analysis and performance measurement.
• Financial modeling.
• Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• KPI dashboard creation.
