About the role
Pattern is looking for a driven sales professional to lead growth strategies and secure new enterprise partnerships. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial research to contract signature while hitting aggressive revenue targets.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Research prospective client business models to align solutions with their specific objectives.
- Present value-based recommendations to C-suite leadership at target companies.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process through to contract execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Assist in the implementation phase for new partners to ensure rapid revenue realization.
- Travel up to 25 percent of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 10 plus years of experience in enterprise-level sales, specifically within ecommerce, ERP, MRP, PLM, CRM, or consulting sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles from planning to closing.
- Ability to develop and present client-focused, differentiated solutions.
- Strong negotiation and listening skills.
- Professional demeanor when representing the company to external stakeholders.
